Product Grades

From 2013, we are identifying products based on the following codes which represent the grade of the products we manufacture. The grades may indicate quality, but is primarily meant to identify the type of product, its application and its ingredients. The grade code is not the batch number. The grade code is a general id for the product while the batch number helps us to identify type of product, place of manufacture and time of manufacture of the product. Together the grade code and batch number helps us to identify the exact product supplied to buyers.

The following are the basic grade codes for different products manufactured by us. The product grade code is constructed from the basic grade code according to the ingredient of the product. Here cocopeat is represented by the word Aged Coir Compost which is the term we use in most trade.

The above grade codes can be used to construct the product grade code that you see on our quotations and packaging. From the ingredients one can easily find out the product grade code and the product grade code can be used to get a fairly good idea as to what materials have gone into the product.

For example, Washed, Single Sieved Aged coir compost with added fibre would be A+C6 and Coir based organic manure would be B+DE or BDE.

Coir based organic manure - Grade B+DE

This coding method only applies to products of Williams Enterprises. If you have any doubts regarding this coding method, please do contact us and we will clarify the same.
